E Asher Construction completed a complete interior and exterior remodel project for Dunkin in West Milford, NJ, within a four-week duration. This project was part of Dunkin's next "generation remodels," which includes innovative features such as a cold beverage tap system, a front-facing bakery case, and increased energy efficiency that meets DD Green Achievement specifications. The project involved a complete overhaul of the store, including interior and exterior renovations. Despite the challenges presented by the advanced features of the new design, the project was completed on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to the daily operations of the store. The end result was a modern and functional Dunkin location that has become a popular destination for both loyal customers and new visitors.
